In 2022 Volvo Car France deployed Wedia Digital eXperience as a Customer Experience application to centralize digital asset management for its dealer network in France. The deployment aimed to enable dealer controlled marketing execution through a self service marketing portal for localized campaign activity.
The implementation configured Wedia Digital eXperience around core digital asset management capabilities and explicit Distributed Marketing functionality, delivering localized template editing and asset delivery for marketing campaigns. The solution provided a dealer facing portal that hosted configured print and email templates and managed distribution of approved assets to users.
The rollout extended to dealers across France and reached 126 dealerships with approximately 150 users in 2023. The environment produced 92 print and email templates and recorded more than 4,500 downloads, reflecting active adoption of the asset library.
Using Distributed Marketing functionality the program decentralized campaign execution and allowed dealers to localize campaign content while preserving centrally provisioned assets and templates, shortening campaign launch time to under five days. Governance moved toward portal based provisioning and template management to support faster local campaign launches.
