Configuration work emphasized eligibility rules, plan mapping and automated enrollment feeds, aligning Mercer Easy Enroll with existing HR processes and the company responsibility for HR related reports. Integrations were implemented with Ultimate’s Ulti Pro for the Human Capital Management System to provision employee census and demographic data, and with Discovery Benefits for flexible spending accounts, commuter benefits and Cobra processing. These integrations created end to end enrollment and post enrollment servicing flows between Mercer Easy Enroll, the HCM source of record, and specialized benefits administrators. Operational governance for Mercer Easy Enroll was owned by the HR systems team, with escalation points of contact defined for HR generalists, a benefits analyst and an HRIS analyst. Responsibilities included benefit vendor management, ongoing enrollment support, and maintaining enrollment reporting and data feeds to downstream benefits platforms.
