In 2025 V.tal Brazil deployed Pega GenAI Blueprint on Pega Cloud as a core Intelligent Process Automation initiative to orchestrate Operations Support Systems workflows across its wholesale segment. The implementation targeted service order fulfillment and repair ticket management to centralize case orchestration and improve customer experience across commercial and operations teams.
The deployment used a center-out architecture with Pega GenAI Blueprint and Constellation for UI composition, enabling a Layer Cake case type model that specializes a single fulfillment case for multiple partners and products. Pega GenAI Blueprint centralized business rules and decision logic, and Constellation accelerated UI delivery and reuse of case type components, while the project retained a reuse library for workflows and APIs to minimize customization and speed new product launches.
Integrations were built to connect Pega with Salesforce for direct sales scenarios and with partner systems through standardized APIs to support partner onboarding and omnichannel order entry. Operational telemetry and environment monitoring were implemented using PDC proactive diagnostics, and data consolidation workstreams were created to pull dispersed customer and product information into the Pega platform for auditability and operational decisioning.
Governance combined a project mindset with a product operating model, staffed by paired business and system architects, executive sponsorship, and a roadmap prioritization process that emphasized reuse and test automation. Capgemini participated as an implementation partner during initial delivery and V.tal is formalizing a center of excellence to govern reuse, API standards, and deployment cadence. The program reported explicit early outcomes including a reduction in commercialization lead time from ten days to six minutes on the first scoped product and partner use case, and increased the proportion of data captured and evaluated through the Pega platform for faster operator decisions.
