| Microsoft | Legacy | Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | STAEDEAN, formerly To-Increase | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020 The Walraven Group implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations as its ERP Financial platform to centralize finance and order management for a manufacturing business serving thousands of installation firms across more than 20 countries. The Walraven Group implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations to support order and invoicing workflows, and to provide a unified ERP Financial foundation for sales, finance, and IT teams.
The implementation integrated To-Increase Connectivity Studio and EDI Studio as primary integration and EDI modules. Connectivity Studio was configured to perform application integration and data migration from Walraven's older ERP system into Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, including data validation during transfer without custom code. EDI Studio was configured to automate day to day EDI communication, provide monitoring for incoming and outgoing EDI messages, and handle exceptions to reduce reliance on IT for routine EDI operations.
Integrations covered sales order processing and invoicing workflows that handle at least 10,000 sales order lines per month and connect Walraven to trading partners ranging from large partners to smaller wholesalers, supporting a product catalog of over 12,000 items and a customer base of tens of thousands. The SI/VAR STAEDEAN supported the Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations deployment and the integration work with To-Increase, enabling faster trading partner onboarding and simplified integration flows between internal applications.
Governance moved toward standardized integration patterns, with Connectivity Studio adopted as the standard integration module for future connections and EDI Studio owned by the sales back office for exception handling and partner onboarding. Reported outcomes included expedited integration processes, reduced internal costs per sales order line, minimized EDI connection time, and increased sales turnover and orders per sales person while maintaining existing headcount and stable bottom line cost, an impact cited by Walraven IT leadership.

| Microsoft | Legacy | Microsoft 365 | Collaboration | Collaboration | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
In 2015 The Walraven Group deployed Microsoft 365 as its primary Collaboration platform. Microsoft 365 is positioned to provide enterprise collaboration, cloud email, document libraries, real-time messaging, and co-authoring capabilities consistent with the Collaboration category.
The Walraven Group uses Microsoft 365 on their website and within internal operations to centralize content and communications. The implementation emphasizes cloud-hosted tenancy and browser-based access for knowledge workers, enabling shared document repositories and synchronous collaboration across departments.
Functionally the deployment centers on collaboration workflows, document management and team communication, with capabilities for shared libraries, version control and presence-enabled messaging to support corporate and manufacturing teams. The Microsoft 365 implementation is described as the company’s Collaboration layer for corporate communications and document-centric processes.
Governance was aligned to standard collaboration controls, including account provisioning, role-based access and information governance policies to manage content lifecycle and external sharing. Operational rollout emphasized systemwide adoption across corporate and plant teams while retaining cloud-first management and web-accessible collaboration features.

| B2B Media Group | Legacy | B2B.IQ Platform | Account Based Marketing | CRM | n/a | 2019 | 2020 |
In 2019, The Walraven Group deployed the B2B.IQ Platform to support Account Based Marketing initiatives across its marketing and sales functions. The B2B.IQ Platform was positioned to develop new target groups and to extend outbound engagement beyond owned channels, focusing on low-wastage audience development and off-site campaign orchestration.
The implementation emphasized off-site retargeting driven by text-image contributions as a core capability, with configuration geared toward single-touch qualification flows that can convert a cold contact into a Marketing Qualified Lead. The B2B.IQ Platform was used to instrument lead nurturing sequences and to generate project inquiries, aligning campaign creative, targeting logic, and qualification criteria to accelerate marketing to sales handoff.
Operationally the deployment covered Marketing and Communication teams and was explicitly used to support sales enablement through qualified inbound project leads. The implementation was organized around ABM contact generation and nurturing workflows, integrating campaign outputs into the companys lead qualification and sales engagement processes rather than deep platform-to-platform integrations.
Governance focused on campaign-level qualification rules and creative consistency to preserve the low-wastage targeting objective, with teams using the B2B.IQ Platform to produce Marketing Qualified Leads from previously untapped audiences. According to Walravens Head of Marketing and Communication the approach delivered effective cold-contact qualification and provided a direct support mechanism for sales while enabling ongoing lead nurturing in its purest form.
