Governance and process changes included a built knowledge base and procedure database for 1st line staff, formalized ticketing procedures, role based access controls for shared drives and hospital applications, and incorporation of Certero driven rollout processes into the on-call and support rota. These process artifacts established consistent operational workflows for software distribution, device provisioning, and asset record keeping using Certero for Enterprise ITAM. |
