Functional configuration emphasized guest services workflows and reservation-to-folio orchestration, enabling staff to record guest preferences, log special requests, and centralize charge posting for ancillary services. The Opera deployment integrated with Micros point of sale systems for in-room dining and retail, enabling transactional flow from POS to guest folios. Operational coverage included Guest Services, Front Desk, and Marina Resort and Beach Club staff, with standard operating procedures updated to embed Opera usage for phone reservations, walk-in handling, local area guidance, and secure key issuance.
