The implementation integrated Benefex OneHub | Benefits with Dashly to provide employees access to independent mortgage advice and an always on mortgage monitoring service powered by AI and algorithm driven market checks. That integration enabled referral and communication workflows from the Benefits Administration platform to Dashlys mortgage insights, surfacing competitive deals and regular suitability alerts to employees considering purchase or remortgage decisions.
Governance and operational ownership sat with HR and reward teams who used Benefex OneHub | Benefits to centralize communications and signposting to third party mortgage advice, maintaining a unified employee experience. In 2016 Wates Group implemented COINS ERP as part of its Construction ERP environment, deploying the COINS accounting package to support finance operations for Wates Living Space Maintenance and the Countrywise joint venture. The deployment focused on core accounting and revenue control workflows within the construction and property services business.
The COINS ERP implementation included configuration of accounting and reporting capabilities for daily revenue and cash collection reporting, month end reporting and post month end analysis, and year end balance sheet reconciliations. Functional workstreams aligned with Construction ERP capabilities, covering general ledger configuration, accounts receivable and accounts payable processing, and preparation of management accounts for the Countrywise JV.
The project addressed integrations and data orchestration between seven FileMaker based business solutions and the COINS payment interface, delivering a bespoke FMv11 dashboard to capture and analyse COINS feedback and later converting that dashboard to FileMaker 17. Work In Progress and historic jobs were migrated into ImpactResponse for several business solutions, and a FileMaker User AuditReport Tool was built to facilitate COINS user settings analysis, closing a data gap and reducing jobs not passed to COINS by 90 percent.
Governance and process changes accompanied the rollout, including process review and management accounts preparation for the Countrywise JV, system controls management and completion of the Countrywise JV year end audit. These control and reporting improvements established COINS ERP as the principal Construction ERP platform for financial close, cash collection and audit controls within the scoped units.
