Governance workstreams accompanied the rollout to centralize reporting ownership and standardize reconciliation procedures, enabling the organization to operate under a single chart of accounts and consolidated reporting cadence. The implementation delivered eliminated manual data entry, automated reconciliations, improved month end reporting and improved real time financial visibility for the Australia headquartered group, as delivered by TravelOperations Enterprise.
