Circle T Industries Legacy Circle T Digital Asset Manager Digital Asset Management Content Management n/a 2022 2022
In 2022 City of Port Phillips engaged Circle T Industries on a Microsoft 365 digital workplace initiative and used Circle T Digital Asset Manager for Digital Asset Management. The engagement encompassed document and procurement automation and applied the Digital Asset Management solution to centralize contract and procurement documentation and related process artifacts. Implementation focused on core Digital Asset Management capabilities, including a centralized digital repository, metadata and taxonomy configuration, version control and access permissions, and workflow automation for document approval and procurement lifecycle steps. Configuration work emphasized metadata-driven search and tagging to improve findability of contracts and procurement records while supporting records retention and auditability. The Circle T Digital Asset Manager was integrated with the Microsoft 365 digital workplace platform to surface assets within the organization workflow and to automate contract and procurement processes across procurement and records management teams. Operational coverage included procurement, contract management and corporate records functions, with the application positioned as part of the broader Microsoft 365 rollout rather than as a standalone point solution. Governance work included establishing asset taxonomy, user permission models and documented workflow owners to align the Digital Asset Management deployment with council procurement and contract processes. According to Circle T client testimonial the combined Microsoft 365 and Digital Asset Management deployment delivered faster timelines and improved contract and process management.
