Implementation architecture was coordinated with the enterprise data and cloud teams, aligning Infor M3 transactional flows to the company data ecosystem led by the Manager, Microsoft Fabric Administration and Data Analytics. The program used ETL and API patterns to feed centralized analytics and reporting, ensuring feeds into cloud data services and analytics pipelines, while maintaining segregation of duties with IT GRC and Security oversight.
Governance and rollout were managed in partnership with the Delivery Leader of Application Technical Services and the Cloud Architect, embedding data governance, security controls and compliance checks into operational processes. Training, phased functional cutovers and architecture reviews were used to operationalize Infor M3 across manufacturing, supply chain and finance stakeholders, aligning application configuration with enterprise architecture and cloud data governance practices.
