In 2009, Wesley Mission implemented Oracle PeopleSoft HCM to support Core HR functions across its organisation. The deployment targeted HR and payroll administration for a charity employing more than 2,000 staff and thousands of volunteers, establishing PeopleSoft as the primary Core HR application for recruitment, payroll and timekeeping workflows.
The implementation covered Oracle PeopleSoft HCM v9.1 functional areas, with explicit support for Global Payroll, PeopleSoft Time and Labour and recruitment processes. Configuration and ongoing maintenance work included PeopleSoft Fins and HCM support and regular application servicing practices consistent with Core HR management and payroll orchestration.
Operational coverage extended to HR, payroll and workforce management across Wesley Mission in Australia, with PeopleTools maintenance reported as a subsequent technical activity, including an upgrade to PeopleTools v8.54 in 2014. The technology footprint therefore included both PeopleSoft HCM operational modules and PeopleSoft Financials support activities within the broader ERP and HCM solutions set.
Integrated Business Technologies served as the systems integrator and ongoing support partner, providing ad hoc support and recruitment services from 2009 and then acting as Wesley Mission's PeopleSoft Systems and Business Process Improvement partner on a 12 month engagement beginning in October 2012. IBT delivered consulting, project guidance, system specifications and design assistance, application modification and enhancement support, technical installation advice and formal and informal training, with targeted work to address specific issues in Wesley Mission's PeopleSoft Global Payroll application.

In 2014, Wesley Mission implemented ReadyTech VETtrak Cloud. ReadyTech VETtrak Cloud is a Student Information application that was configured to centralize student records, enrolments and compliance workflows across the organisation.
The implementation focused on core Student Information capabilities including student records management, enrolment processing, financial invoicing and reporting. The VETtrak configuration supported day to day operational tasks such as processing and raising invoices for payments, verifying and processing employee expense reports, and managing petty cash where noted by administrative staff.
ReadyTech VETtrak Cloud was integrated with PeopleSoft to maintain financial accountability and to align invoicing and payment records with broader accounting controls. Operational coverage included the accounting department, administrative support teams and customer service staff who used VETtrak alongside PeopleSoft to research invoice discrepancies and assist month end closures.
Governance and process adjustments reflected the operational responsibilities recorded in source notes, with staff assigned to process invoices and expense reports, provide general administrative support to the accounting department, ensure office procedures and systems operate efficiently, and format and edit office documents and reports. The deployment emphasized record accuracy, auditability and coordinated workflows between student administration and finance functions.
