Governance and rollout relied on formal test plans, user acceptance testing with business users, and a deployment runbook created for enterprise projects. Post go live responsibilities included production support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and coordination with the vendor for any change requests. The implementation emphasized AR Automation capabilities such as payment posting, cash application, reconciliation, and interface orchestration.
