Integration architecture leveraged a SAP connector approach to achieve full integration with SAP ERP and to align invoice posting and reconciliation flows. The program explicitly linked SAP Concur Invoice workstreams with SAP Concur Expense improvements, and the initiative was executed alongside an EMEA Corporate Credit Card programme to harmonize spend-to-pay processes across the region.
