Integrations were implemented with systems documented in project artifacts, including SoftFac and PeopleSoft for transactional synchronization, ServiceNow as the fulfiller platform and for UAT roll, and qTest for system and application test management. The program included integration data issue analysis and coordination across HR, finance, and IT to reconcile inbound transactional feeds into Workday Financial Management.
