The deployment delivered an end to end gift card solution providing card issuance, online ordering, retailer point of sale acceptance, daily settlement and back office reporting across Westfield centres in New Zealand. The implementation leveraged Tranxactor Thor modules, with inferred use of ThorLink POS integration for retailer acceptance and Thor settlement and CRM modules to manage clearing and customer data workflows. Functional configuration included a card issuance engine, an e commerce ordering interface, POS transaction routing and a settlement engine supporting batch daily reconciliation and reporting. Integrations were focused on tenant retailer POS systems to enable gift card acceptance and on back office settlement interfaces feeding centre finance and reporting processes. Operational scope encompassed retail operations, centre management, finance and marketing CRM teams across Westfield centres in New Zealand, centralizing reporting and settlement for multi site operations. Governance emphasized centralized back office ownership for settlement, reconciliation and reporting, with operational workflows instrumented in Tranxactor Thor for daily settlement and retailer reconciliation.
