Integrations were focused on tenant retailer POS systems to enable gift card acceptance and on back office settlement interfaces feeding centre finance and reporting processes. Operational scope encompassed retail operations, centre management, finance and marketing CRM teams across Westfield centres in New Zealand, centralizing reporting and settlement for multi site operations. Governance emphasized centralized back office ownership for settlement, reconciliation and reporting, with operational workflows instrumented in Tranxactor Thor for daily settlement and retailer reconciliation. Rollout was executed across Westfield centres in New Zealand with configuration to support retailer acceptance rules and reporting segmentation by centre and retailer.
