The team conducted iterative configuration, testing, and reconfiguration cycles to refine transaction flows and to establish a database processing environment that supports ongoing application maintenance and upgrades.
Integrations were implemented to exchange transactional and master data with Coupa modules for procure-to-pay and expense management, with Coupa Contracts Lifecycle Management for contract financial terms linkage, with Workday Adaptive Planning for budgeting and forecasting alignment, and with Namely HRIS for employee master data and payroll reconciliation. These integration points were treated as cross-functional interfaces, enabling coordinated workflows between procurement, accounting, FP&A, and HR.
Governance and process change were driven by an internal ERP Technology Engineer partnering with a Senior Business Analyst and operational leaders, executing design, configuration, testing, and iteration workstreams and coordinating with external technical partners on select projects. The program included vendor engagement for product roadmaps and support cases, and produced system enhancements intended to increase productivity and improve strategic planning capability.

ComboCurve ComboCore was configured to operate on aggregated system metrics, applying predictive analytics workflows such as time series forecasting, anomaly detection, and baseline modeling to support synthetic testing scenarios. Configuration efforts emphasized metric ingestion, alignment of retention policies with existing Graphite pipelines, and exposing forecast and anomaly outputs alongside existing dashboards.
The deployment was integrated with the existing collectd to Graphite and Grafana metric pipeline, enabling ComboCore to consume historic and real time metric streams for SRE use. Operational coverage encompassed Wikimedia Foundation administered infrastructure globally, with monitoring and dashboard practices captured in public Wikitech runbooks.
