Operational scope includes the finance team, Business Support Unit and departmental approvers, with explicit coverage for showroom petty cash, corporate petty cash, warranty funds, branch office petty cash and sales collateral petty cash. Processed claim totals are handed off to finance for upload to respective employees, month end activities include auditing expense ledgers, preparing Travel and ledger files and circulating Budget vs Actual reports to department heads. Governance is enforced through an approval matrix and service level agreement targets for claim posting, daily working trackers are circulated to claimants and incomplete submissions are flagged and remediated. The Microsoft Dynamics AX deployment supports standardized validation controls, vendor negotiation workflows and coordination of team meetings for operational and career development within the Business Support Unit.
