Onesys Legacy Onesys Coretime Leave Manager Absence and Leave Management HCM Onesys 2024 2024
In 2024, Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust implemented Onesys Coretime Leave Manager. The deployment targeted Absence and Leave Management and simultaneously centralised timesheets, project time tracking and reporting for WWT Consulting's UK-based consultancy. WWT Consulting implemented Coretime, supplied and onboarded by Onesys, to provide a unified time capture and project accounting workflow. Functional capabilities configured included timesheet entry, project time allocation, project-level reporting and the Leave Manager module for HR absence tracking, delivering improved project visibility and significantly reduced administrative effort. The implementation covered consultancy project teams and HR operations within the United Kingdom, aligning time capture with client reporting workflows to produce faster client reporting and less time spent on manual administration. Onesys acted as the implementation partner and provided onboarding, configuration and reporting templates to standardise time and absence data across projects. Governance changes formalised centralised time submission and approval processes and shifted client reporting onto Coretime reporting outputs to reduce manual reconciliation. The Onesys Coretime Leave Manager deployment therefore unified project time and absence data, enabling more consistent project reporting and lower administrative overhead for WWT Consulting.
