In 2022, Wilt Denmark implemented Flexybook as part of a multi-module Flexybox deployment to manage complex activity and resource bookings. The implementation targets the company's 3,000+ m2 activity centre in Svendborg, Denmark and positions Flexybook within the Reservation and Booking Management category to handle online reservations and confirmations.
Flexybook was configured to support end-to-end booking workflows including calendar driven scheduling, resource allocation for activity spaces, automated online booking confirmations and customer facing reservation flows. Configuration emphasized multi-activity session types and capacity controls to reflect Wilt's mixed leisure offerings. The solution was embedded within the broader Flexybox suite to centralize booking rules and availability logic.
The deployment integrates with staff rostering and time tracking for HR and with finance integrations to align bookings with revenue and accounting processes, creating a data flow between operational scheduling, payroll and billing. These integrations enable automation of operational tasks such as linking staffed sessions to roster shifts and feeding transactional data to finance systems. Operational coverage spans managers and frontline staff responsible for scheduling, customer service and financial reconciliation at the Svendborg facility.
Governance centered on centralized booking configuration and manager visibility to standardize booking rules and improve operational oversight across activities and resources.
