In 2022, Windsor Fashions implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP across its corporate finance organization and its retail network of over 200 stores in the United States, consolidating financial processes for a 2,900 employee specialty apparel retailer. The deployment targeted core finance and retail accounting workflows consistent with an ERP Financial program, with the Oracle NetSuite ERP instance provisioned as a cloud hosted SaaS environment to centralize transaction processing and financial reporting.
Configuration emphasis included traditional ERP Financial modules such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing and revenue management, fixed asset accounting, bank and cash reconciliation, tax management, and multi entity consolidation. For retail operational alignment, the implementation incorporated inventory valuation and store level cash reconciliation workflows, and configured period close automation and financial reporting templates to support standardized month end procedures.
Architecturally the Oracle NetSuite ERP implementation used role based access controls and a centralized chart of accounts to enforce corporate governance, and leveraged standard API and file based interfaces for operational connectivity to store point of sale systems and the company ecommerce platform. Integration patterns were oriented toward transactional synchronization for sales, receipts, and inventory adjustments to ensure financial ledgers reflected store and online activity in near real time.
Governance and process changes focused on centralizing finance controls, standardizing accounting policies across corporate and store operations, and instituting an ERP steering cadence for issue resolution and release management. Operational runbooks were established for month end close, cash management, and inventory reconciliation to align store operational practices with centralized financial controls.

In 2024 Windsor Fashions selected Manhattan Active Point of Sale to modernize the associate experience and enable omnichannel selling and clienteling across its 300+ store network in the United States and Canada. The implementation targets a unified in-store commerce stack within the retail environment of a 2900 employee, $500,000,000 revenue apparel retailer, and the Manhattan Active Point of Sale deployment is scoped to support both sales transactions and clienteling workflows.
The implementation emphasis is on unified catalog, cart and fulfillment capabilities, and on strengthening associate-facing clienteling and omnichannel selling functionality. Manhattan Active Point of Sale is being configured to support standard Point Of Sale workflows, including in-store checkout, cart management, and associate-assisted selling, with configuration focused on catalog consolidation and real-time cart continuity between channels.
Architecturally the rollout is positioned as a cloud-connected store architecture with store terminals or mobile associate devices communicating to centralized catalog and fulfillment services. Integrations in scope are the unified catalog, centralized cart handling, and fulfillment orchestration components to enable buy online pick up in store and flexible fulfillment paths, these integrations drive inventory visibility and order routing across Windsor Fashions stores in the U.S. and Canada.
Governance and operational change are organized around a phased store rollout, the program was underway in 2024 with completion targeted for summer 2025, and will require updates to in-store workflows and associate processes to realize clienteling and omnichannel service improvements. The deployment aims to deliver unified catalog, cart and fulfillment capabilities and faster, more flexible in-store service for Windsor Fashions, with implementation scope limited to the retailers North American store footprint.
