Mobile2CRM Call Recording was configured to add mobile call recording, IVR, transcription and analytics capabilities to the communications stack. Calls captured on employee mobile devices were routed into Microsoft Teams workflows and logged into the CRM, with transcriptions and call metadata indexed for subsequent review, search, and analytics. Operational coverage centered on client facing teams, combining communications capture with CRM logging to support compliant call recording of client interactions. The implementation augmented older PBX and desktop phone infrastructure, improved operational efficiency and established recorded and transcribed mobile communication as part of client engagement governance.
