TimeForge HR delivered proactive alerts and real-time sales-and-labor visibility, aligning rostering and attendance controls with operational workflows common to supermarket operations.
Operational integration connected timekeeping and scheduling to sales data feeds to enable the stated real-time sales-and-labor visibility, and payroll data was exported in file formats for downstream payroll processing. The deployment targeted HR, time and attendance, and store operations across Woods Supermarket in the United States, with manager and store-level usage emphasized through mobile and manager self-service capabilities.
