Governance changes were led by the company controller who established account tables, documented procedures and audit controls, and served as implementation lead for both Microsoft Dynamics GP and Vicinity Manufacturing installations. Implementation experience was cited as a source of cost savings, and inventory audit measures reduced annual variance by more than 20 percent.
