IgniteTech Legacy IgniteTech DNN Content Management Content Management n/a 2012 2012 In 2012 XOS Technologies deployed IgniteTech DNN to power its collegiate sports digital network. The implementation used IgniteTech DNN, the Professional Evoq edition, to deliver multi site conference and bowl websites and on demand video services under a single Content Management platform. The deployment emphasized Evoq capabilities, with inferred use of Evoq modules for content authoring, media management, templating and editorial workflow to support fast publishing cycles and site template reuse. Configuration included multi site management and role based access controls to separate editorial responsibilities across conference and bowl properties. Architecturally the implementation was built on a web farm to provide horizontal scalability and session management required for peak season traffic, explicitly sized to handle millions of pageviews. IgniteTech DNN was provisioned to host streaming oriented media assets and web page delivery for audience engagement across the United States. Governance changes focused on centralized editorial processes, standardized site templates, and staged publishing workflows to reduce site specific variance and simplify rollouts of new event sites. Operationally the Content Management deployment impacted digital content operations, media operations and marketing teams responsible for conference and bowl web properties.
