These integrations positioned Xero as the financial ledger hub for wholesale billing retail point of sale reconciliation payroll liability feeds and import shipment costing across the Australia operation. Governance changes included documenting and monitoring financial policies procedure updates and training and mentoring of the accounts team to support the new cloud based workflows. Reported outcomes from the engagement include streamlined tax reporting and import export procedures increased operational efficiency and a headcount reduction of at least 2 FTE as a result of process automation and systems consolidation.
