The implementation supported end to end hiring tasks including job requisition publication, candidate screening and interview orchestration, and coordination of change of status and termination administrative tasks, aligned with the company performance management and hiring processes. Operational integrations and system touch points included Insperity and ADP TotalSource Enhanced Talent Suite for PEO and payroll related coordination, Microsoft 365 administration for user and email management, Expensify for expense and onboarding training, and Ubiquity with oversight from an external IT support company. These integrations were used to ensure recruiting events were routed into payroll and benefits workflows and that user access and communications were maintained through Microsoft 365. Governance and workflow responsibility rested with the Manager of Employee Experience, who administered LinkedIn New Recruiter and Jobs, maintained HR records and organizational charts, coordinated with the CEO and VP of Finance for benefits and payroll related decisions, and supervised employee enrollment processes. The role also encompassed license administration for Microsoft 365 and user training on connected systems, reinforcing a single HR operational owner for Recruiting.
