Operational scope covered HR and recruitment teams in Ukraine and EMEA, with Recruit used for day to day vacancy management and CoreHR serving as the central employee record system. The deployment targeted a distributed workforce, providing a single source of truth for vacancies and candidate pipelines and eliminating fragmented spreadsheet trackers. Governance changes accompanied the rollout, introducing standardized vacancy ownership, centralized reporting and clearer pipeline accountability across hiring teams. According to the case study, the YouScan implementation delivered up to 60% time savings on operational tasks and improved transparency into vacancies and pipelines.
