KCS Legacy IBA Time and Attendance Time and Attendance HCM Kuwait Computer Services 2020 2020
In 2020, Zain Kuwait implemented IBA Time and Attendance as its Time and Attendance solution at its Kuwait headquarters. Kuwait Computer Services KCS served as the local integration partner for the initiative, leading delivery and on-site integration work for time capture tied to physical access points. The IBA Time and Attendance deployment emphasized core Time and Attendance capabilities, including clock-in and clock-out capture, attendance record consolidation, shift and exception handling workflows, and centralized timekeeping for payroll handoff. Configuration work focused on aligning biometric and turnstile event feeds with employee time records, and on standardizing attendance rules and exception workflows to reflect Zain Kuwait operational patterns. Kuwait Computer Services integrated turnstile and access-control hardware into the overall architecture, linking access-control event streams to IBA Time and Attendance for event correlation and auditability. The implementation scope covered Kuwait HQ entrance points and the workforce timekeeping function, creating a close operational link between physical access systems and the time and attendance application. Governance and rollout were managed locally by KCS, which promoted IBA Time and Attendance as part of its time-management offerings and executed system integration, testing, and commissioning at site. The upgraded turnstile and access-control components implemented alongside IBA Time and Attendance delivered improved entrance security and anti-tailgating controls as part of the combined security and workforce timekeeping solution.
