In 2014 Zenit Group implemented Altamira Learning to centralize HR functions, using the application to manage employee data, vacation planning and performance evaluation within its HR organization in Italy. The deployment positioned Altamira Learning as the primary HR platform for personnel records, leave management and appraisal workflows, aligning the system to core human resources processes.
Configuration work concentrated on employee master data, leave scheduling and performance evaluation capabilities, and because the rollout included extensive staff training the case supports inferred adoption of Altamira Learning for training management as part of the implementation. Altamira Learning was therefore used to record training activity, support evaluation-linked learning and link learning status to employee records and performance cycles.
Rollout governance emphasized operational ownership by the HR group and a structured training program to drive adoption, with new workflows for vacation approvals and scheduled performance review cycles introduced during the program. The implementation narrative centers on HR business functions in Italy, combining personnel data management, absence planning, performance evaluation and inferred learning management under Altamira Learning.
