In 2018, Zeta Global implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP. The company selected Oracle NetSuite ERP over Microsoft and Workday following a vendor evaluation, deploying the solution to address growth and multiple acquisitions while centralizing ERP Financial operations within its finance organization.
The Oracle NetSuite ERP deployment prioritized core financial modules such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial consolidation, and reporting and analytics to support FP&A and Finance Transformation. Implementation work focused on automating manual spreadsheet workflows and enabling near real-time financial reporting to replace fragmented and decentralized processes that limited finance as a strategic partner.

In 2015 Zeta Global deployed Egencia to support Travel Management across its finance and accounting functions. Egencia was adopted as the primary travel booking and itinerary management application used to manage corporate travel and feed T&E data into accounting workflows.
The Egencia implementation centered on travel booking and T&E reporting capabilities, enabling structured capture of trip-level expense data for reconciliation, expense reporting handoffs, and policy enforcement. Functional responsibilities tied to the deployment included preparing cash reports for upper management, posting A/R receipts to the general ledger, cash application, and supporting month end close and year end audit processes by supplying travel spend detail into finance workflows.
Egencia was operated alongside Concur for broader T&E management, with travel booking data used by the accounting team to support cash application and to assist the Director of Accounting in managing vendor payment schedules and M&A related finance tasks. Governance emphasized finance ownership of T&E controls and alignment of travel expense records with general ledger posting and month end close procedures.

Zeta Global implemented MicroStrategy ONE Analytics in 2014 to provide Analytics and BI for enterprise reporting, dashboards, and mobile analytics across its professional services operations. The deployment included installation and configuration of MicroStrategy Intelligence Server, Web Server, and Mobile Server across Development, Test, and Production environments, establishing a multi-tier server topology for content delivery and environment segregation.
Implementation work included development of the Computerized Patient Order Management Dashboard with targeted interfaces for web, iPad and Android, and customization of the iOS and Android applications using the MicroStrategy Mobile SDK to add custom fonts, icons, splash screens and a custom landing page. Performance optimization leveraged OLAP services including Intelligent Cubes, Derived Elements and Derived Metrics, with Intelligent Cubes specifically created to improve query response and VLDB properties tuned for SQL optimization.
Data integration and operational workflows were coordinated with the ETL team to define processes and jobs that supported the new data structures and logical modeling requirements, and SSIS packages were instrumented with error and performance reports to support operational monitoring. Distribution Services were configured for scheduled report delivery to users, and dashboard interoperability was implemented using links and URL APIs to pass prompt answers between dashboards for interactive navigation.
Governance and operational support encompassed MicroStrategy administration tasks such as creating users, roles, privileges, shared folders and access control lists, automating user creation on login using Task Admin and the SDK, and configuring an Enterprise Manager project with daily statistics to analyze user adoption and system performance. Production support used incident management procedures, and troubleshooting and tuning of reports, dashboards and scorecards relied on analysis of generated SQL to identify data issues, incorrect joins and table usage, while custom Enterprise Manager reports provided visibility into usage, user activity and cache behavior.
