| SAP | Legacy | SAP S/4 HANA | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2021 | 2022 |
In 2021, ZF Group Mexico implemented SAP S/4 HANA as its ERP Financial platform across clusters and sites in the Monterrey region. The implementation concentrated on configuring ZF related SAP S/4 HANA processes and approved localization topics for a specific functional domain within that dedicated region.
The SAP S/4 Configuration Expert led template-based configuration and domain-specific parametrization of ERP Financial capabilities, applying standard financial accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting and controlling workflows consistent with ERP Financial operations. Configuration work prioritized template reuse across clusters and localization adjustments to meet regional statutory and process requirements.
Operational architecture emphasized coordination and operational involvement of all relevant systemic and process interfaces, ensuring transactional orchestration between core SAP S/4 HANA finance modules and surrounding IT and applications. Deliverables were scoped to clusters and sites in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico and included implemented processes and functional configurations for the designated domain.
Governance established expert networks for the functional area within the region, creating IT and applications subject matter pathways and structured handover of implemented processes and functionalities to corresponding DTAs. Rollout responsibilities included ongoing coordination of systemic interfaces and operational support through the regional expert network.

| Fluke Corporation | Legacy | Fluke eMaint CMMS | Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS) | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2016 | 2016 |
In 2016, ZF Group Mexico implemented Fluke eMaint CMMS. The Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS) deployment focused on supporting corrective maintenance activities on production lines, specifically addressing assembly machines and associated equipment within ZF Group Mexico operations.
Fluke eMaint CMMS was configured to manage corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance cycles, schedule and track work orders, and maintain an MRO spare parts catalog. The implementation embedded Total Productive Maintenance TPM workflows for production operators and preventive maintenance routines for technicians, programming preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance according to maintenance planning and production requirements.
The eMaint configuration integrated with the E-REQ spare parts request process to support both manual and automatic requisitions, and new spare parts were registered directly into the MRO inventory within the system. Operational coverage included production, maintenance and procurement touchpoints, and maintenance managers consolidated indicators such as MTBF, MTTR and AVAILABILITY with weekly, fortnightly and monthly cost views for decision making.
Governance and process changes included role-based workflows for operators and technicians, scheduled maintenance programming tied to production windows, and training or schooling to support TPM adoption. Reporting and documentation from Fluke eMaint CMMS were aligned to support participation in IATF audits, ISO14001, BQS and LPA internal audits.
The deployment centralized maintenance records, work order histories and MRO inventory to provide maintenance managers with the necessary information for decision making. Maintenance managers accessed consolidated dashboards and periodic cost reports generated from Fluke eMaint CMMS to monitor maintenance indicators and plan interventions.
