In 2023 Zinc Group implemented Dealpoint Document Management. The implementation coincided with Zinc Group selecting DebtStream to power a white label digital collections and self service capability, and the DebtStream platform went live earlier in 2023 with reported strong customer engagement and self service adoption.
The Dealpoint Document Management deployment focused on core Document Management capabilities consistent with the category, including a centralized document repository, metadata indexing and search, version control, access control and workflow automation to support collections documentation and correspondence. Configuration work likely emphasized secure document capture, retention and audit trails to meet collections compliance and operational traceability requirements.
Zinc Group’s digital collections initiative used DebtStream to deliver customer facing self service journeys across the collections lifecycle, and module usage such as DebtStream Micro Journeys is inferred from DebtStream’s description of powering personalised self service journeys rather than explicitly named in the public announcement. Operational coverage for the combined implementation centered on collections and customer service functions, enabling self service engagement channels and automated lifecycle orchestration.
