In 2010, Zorg en Zekerheid implemented Cobra HRM and Salary, a Payroll,Core HR application to address a high-volume manual time capture process. The project targeted the organization’s monthly handling of 1100 paper timesheets by moving toward digital time registration and centralized payroll processing.
Time registration was replaced by a Protime-based digital solution deployed across the customer contact center, the administration department, insurance shops and management, enabling organization-wide clocking in and standardized attendance capture. Cobra HRM and Salary served as the central payroll and core HR repository, with payroll administration workflows configured to provide rapid monthly summaries and roster visibility for payroll staff.
Operational governance focused on payroll administration and time registration processes, with salary administrator Jan Freij reporting a transition from a ‘‘paper jungle’’ to a clear overview obtainable with two mouse clicks and an overall improvement in quality. The deployment demonstrates a combined use of Cobra HRM and Salary alongside digital time registration to support payroll, core HR recordkeeping and attendance capture across multiple departments.
