In 2021, Zouk Group implemented UrVenue Commerce for Reservation and Booking Management. The initial deployment targeted Zouk venues at Resorts World Las Vegas, and the partnership expanded into Zouk Group venues across Singapore, Japan and Malaysia to support nightlife, dayclub and restaurant bookings across the Asia region.
UrVenue Commerce was configured to provide unified booking and itinerary capabilities, with implementation signals indicating use of PXMS features, 3D maps and the Itinerary Builder. Configuration emphasized reservation workflows, itinerary building across multi segment guest journeys, capacity and seat mapping for event and table reservations, and a commerce layer to manage bookings and ancillary purchases.
The operational architecture centered on a booking orchestration layer that consolidated venue availability into unified booking flows while retaining venue level configuration for regional differences. Integrations and operational alignment focused on venue booking flows, mapping layers and guest itinerary management rather than on specific third party systems, positioning UrVenue Commerce to support front of house reservation operations across nightlife, dayclub and restaurant functions.
Rollout proceeded as a phased expansion from the Resorts World Las Vegas installation into the Asia region, with governance controls and operator interfaces implemented to manage inventory, bookings and itinerary edits at both central and venue levels. The implementation positions UrVenue Commerce as Zouk Group’s core Reservation and Booking Management platform, consolidating booking orchestration, 3D mapping and itinerary building across its global venue footprint.
