In 2014 CEG Elettronica Industriale deployed CP CIM PPSOne from vendor CP CIM-POOL as a targeted Advanced Planning and Scheduling implementation to centralize process automation across the organization. The initiative focused on manufacturing operations for custom UPS systems, bringing planning and scheduling capability alongside order orchestration and commercial tender workflows into a single platform.
CP CIM PPSOne was implemented as an add-on to the company ERP SAP Business One and configured to support key functional modules including industrial order management, automation of international tender processes, and cost control and P&L reporting.
