The deployment followed a multi-year ERP program where a Manappuram project manager who led Oracle EBS activities from April 2015 to August 2017 guided payroll cutover planning and parallel process validation.
Jana Payroll was configured to deliver core Payroll capabilities including payroll calculation, payslip generation, statutory compliance routines, payroll accounting interfaces and payroll reporting.
