In 2016 OnePlus India partnered with Servify to launch the OnePlus Care app using Servify as its Product Lifecycle Management application. The implementation focused on after sales and product lifecycle management for OnePlus devices across India, aiming to provide in app self diagnosis, repair logistics and protection plan enrollment.
