Ctg Brasil Brazil Utilities 800 $1.1B Brazil SoftExpert Software SoftExpert BPM Business Process Management 2017 n/a
In 2017, CTG Brasil deployed SoftExpert BPM across its power generation division. The implementation used SoftExpert BPM in the Business Process Management category to centralize and automate activities across Health & Safety, Environment, IMS, Asset Management, Engineering, Operations and Maintenance, and Civil Engineering and Dam Safety. The deployment focused on workflow orchestration, action management, portals and dashboards, and performance monitoring, configured to support operational processes across generation sites. More than 800 actions were being managed within the first two months, with new portals and dashboards improving operational visibility and control of task status. This was a rapid BPM rollout in Brazil, with configuration emphasis on process automation and performance monitoring rather than on broad system integrations. CTG Brasil planned expansion to Energy Commercialization and to additional SoftExpert modules including document management and performance management. Governance centered on centralized process control and standardized workflows to improve cross-functional coordination between safety, engineering, asset management and O&M teams. The SoftExpert BPM deployment established a platform for phased module expansion and centralized operational reporting across the power generation division.
Grupo Bom Jesus Brazil Construction and Real Estate 25 $2M Brazil SoftExpert Software SoftExpert BPM Business Process Management 2024 J2A Consultoria Brazil
In 2024 Grupo Bom Jesus implemented SoftExpert BPM as part of a broader SoftExpert Suite rollout that originally began with document management. The project targeted Business Process Management to extend electronic content management into automated process workflows across Controladoria, IT, Business Intelligence and Fiscal areas in Brazil, with 32 processes automated during the engagement. The implementation combined document management ECM and BPM driven process automation, configuring workflow orchestration, electronic form handling and process monitoring to support end to end business processes. SoftExpert BPM was configured to manage task routing, approval flows and audit trails, aligning BPM capabilities with the companys existing document repository and compliance needs. Eight of the automated processes were integrated with SAP ERP to synchronize transactional data and reduce manual handoffs, and additional integrations tied BPM workstreams to the SoftExpert document store. Implementation and consulting were performed by J2A Consultoria Brazil, which delivered the ERP integration, ECM configuration and process automation services. Governance changes included formalized process ownership, standardized workflow approvals and centralized operational control to support scalability and repeatable deployments. The project delivered measurable operational impact, with time on some activities reduced by up to 50 percent, and positioned SoftExpert BPM and the SoftExpert Suite to support ongoing process orchestration and control.
