The rollout operationalized a centralized, paperless HR service catalog across Tata Play Fiber's HR organization in India and included staged user onboarding and configuration governance. Governance and change management established centralized administration and service ownership within HR, supported by partner led training and adoption tracking. The implementation of Zoho People Plus produced a paperless HR experience, materially increased HR efficiency and maintained high adoption rates. |
