Functional capabilities implemented included salary data upload and posting to the Employee Profile, budgeting workflows, stock based compensation components, and configuration using formal configuration workbooks and iterative client sign-offs. Integration and operational architecture included master data collection and build on BizX, use of the Integration Center and SFTP for data exchange, and processes to post compensation salary data back to employee records. Operational coverage emphasized HR compensation and payroll adjacent workflows, with configuration and testing activities aligned to compensation lifecycle processes and employee profile synchronization. Governance and rollout activities included preparation of business scenarios, test plans and test data, conducting comprehensive user acceptance testing, tuning based on test results, planning and executing knowledge transfer sessions, and formal go-live verification of SuccessFactors production functions. The project also included ongoing end user support and change handling to validate that the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation deployment met documented business requirements.
Hindustan Zinc Oil, Gas and Chemicals 3557 $3.2B India SAP SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Global Benefits Benefits Administration 2016 HCM Info Systems In 2016, Hindustan Zinc implemented SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Global Benefits as a Benefits Administration deployment covering approximately 2,500 employees during a December 2016 to May 2017 engagement. The program was executed with HCM Info Systems as the implementation partner and a single lead consultant responsible for end to end project implementation and delivery oversight. The implementation focused on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Global Benefits and core HR capabilities, explicitly delivering Compensation and Benefits modules. Configuration workbooks were used to capture business requirements and sign-offs, and the team configured compensation templates, route maps, eligibility rules, custom compensation statements, salary data, budgeting constructs, and stock components. Master data was collected, verified, rectified, and built on the SAP SuccessFactors BizX platform, and compensation salary data was posted back to Employee Profile structures. Integration work included use of the SuccessFactors Integration Center and SFTP channels to manage file-based exchanges and automated posting of compensation salary records to employee profiles. Testing and system tuning were emphasized, with business scenarios, test plans, and test data prepared to validate master data flows and compensation processing in BizX. Governance and rollout activities covered iterative planning and execution, comprehensive user acceptance testing, change management planning, and knowledge transfer sessions for administrators and end users. The project executed go-live preparations with verification of every function in the SuccessFactors production system and included ongoing end user assistance post go-live to stabilize Benefits Administration operations.
