In 2012 Atlantic Bulk Carriers Management implemented ABS Nautical Systems Fleet Management by deploying the NS5 Hull Inspection module to eight ABS-classed vessels under the ABS Newbuild programme. The deployment addressed shipboard inspection workflows and on-vessel data capture to support technical and maintenance teams across the company fleet.
The ABS Nautical Systems Fleet Management implementation centered on NS5 Hull Inspection capabilities, enabling inspection scheduling, condition reporting, and longitudinal hull recordkeeping consistent with Fleet Management functional workflows. Installation leveraged the ABS Newbuild programme entitlement for vessels built after 1 January 2009, aligning software provisioning with class compliance and on-board technical operations. Atlantic Bulk Carriers Management reported using the solution to perform inspections more efficiently and to reduce costs, with operational scope focused on the shipboard technical and maintenance function for its Piraeus-managed vessels.

In 2022, Zona Franca de Iquique implemented Infor WMS as its Warehouse Management solution to address fragmented inventory visibility and manual tracking across multiple storage sites. The initiative targeted improvements in customer service and warehouse operational efficiency, driven by the need to consolidate stock status across the companys five business areas including Zofri Mall, the Wholesale Business Center, Chacalluta Industrial Park, Zofri Business Park and the Zofri Logistics Center.
The Infor WMS deployment emphasized core Warehouse Management capabilities, including inventory management and real time inventory visibility, inbound and outbound tracking workflows, warehouse space and storage configuration, and order management functionality. The project capitalized on Infor WMS 3D warehouse visualization and embedded analytics to prototype and demonstrate real time order handling and storage layouts to stakeholders, supporting operational configuration and user acceptance.
Implementation was executed by Cerca Technology, covering Zofris 3PL logistics operation that manages flows from the Port of Iquique through to final dispatch destinations. The scope includes joint management of multiple customer warehouses and supports both B2B and B2C handling models, aligning warehouse processes with outsourced logistics services offered by Zofri.
Governance followed a phased roadmap with the first phase focused on increasing process efficiency and improving response times to customers, as part of a broader supply chain automation plan. The Infor WMS implementation is positioned to strengthen Zofris ability to manage multiwarehouse inventories and to enhance commercial competitiveness by improving customer service and operational control.
