Credit Mutuel Banking and Financial Services 82000 $19.0B France Finastra Finastra Misys FusionCapital Kondor Treasury Management 2020 n/a In 2020, Credit Mutuel implemented Finastra Misys FusionCapital Kondor as its Treasury Management platform. The deployment targeted trading room operations within Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale and EuroInformation teams, with a focus on front office deal capture and position keeping for markets activity. The implementation centers on Kondor+ 3.4.9 and explicit integration with FusionRisk SACCR, delivering standard Treasury Management capabilities such as deal lifecycle processing, position and PnL consolidation, and collateral and risk feed interfaces. Custom automation was developed for deal ingestion using KplusImport and Unix shell batch processing, and the project included evolution and corrective maintenance work in C#, Transact SQL and batch ksh for import orchestration. Architecturally the solution relies on Sybase ASE 15.x as the transactional store, with a mixed Unix Solaris and Windows runtime and scripting in bash and ksh. Operational data flows combine batch import pipelines and application-level position servicing, while source control and delivery followed Git based workflows and produced technical artifacts in C#, Python and perl. Operational governance emphasized market IT ownership and iterative functional analysis, with teams producing detailed specifications in French and English, running change controls for maintenance and coordinating with trading desk stakeholders. Ongoing responsibilities included corrective and evolutionary maintenance, gap analysis, and cross-functional communications to sustain Kondor+ and its FusionRisk SACCR integration.
