Governance was PMO led, with a Senior Consultant and Recruitment PMO Lead acting as subject matter expert to enforce configuration standards, contact collision rules, and ongoing data hygiene. The role included coaching and mentoring recruiters and sourcers on advanced sourcing methodologies and system utilization, embedding Symphony Talent SmashFly Recruitment Marketing Platform into daily hiring workflows and recruiting governance.
