Fiserv | Professional Services | 38000 | $20.5B | United States | Tricentis | Tricentis Tosca | Test Automation Platform | 2019 | n/a | In 2019 Fiserv implemented Tricentis Tosca as a Test Automation Platform to centralize automated testing across its payments and merchant onboarding product lines. The deployment targeted Quality Assurance Engineering activities across distributed teams in the United States and India and supported multiple software products and release cycles. The implementation emphasized model based testing, reusable test modules and automated regression suites consistent with Test Automation Platform capabilities. Fiserv configured test case design, GUI automation and API automation flows, and aligned Tosca artifacts with the organization s existing use of Java, JavaScript, TestNG and BDD frameworks such as Cucumber. Tricentis Tosca was integrated into the existing toolchain for source control and CI workflows, using Git or GitHub and Jenkins for pipeline execution, and JIRA and Confluence for defect tracking and test documentation as reflected in role requirements. API testing assets from Postman and Rest Assured were incorporated into automated pipelines to validate service level behavior alongside UI test coverage. Governance centered on centralized test strategy, formalized test planning and execution, and cross site coordination between Developers, QA and Business Analyst teams. Senior QA engineers provided mentoring and operational oversight, while defect lifecycle and test reporting were instrumented through JIRA to standardize issue tracking and release readiness. | |
