Polaris Manufacturing 18500 $8.9B United States Zycus Zycus iContract Contract Lifecycle Management 2017 n/a In 2017 Polaris implemented Zycus iContract as part of a broader adoption of Zycus Source to Pay solutions, positioning the Zycus iContract deployment within a Contract Lifecycle Management initiative supporting procurement and supplier management functions. The engagement encompassed an enterprise procurement program that included Spend Analysis, e-Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Management, Project Management, Request Management and Procure to Pay, reflecting a decision to broaden the project from an initial supplier performance scorecard to an integrated Source to Pay suite. The Zycus iContract implementation focused on centralizing contract management capabilities consistent with Contract Lifecycle Management best practices, including a unified contract repository, template and clause management, authoring and version control, workflow based approvals, and obligations and renewal tracking. Configuration work emphasized lifecycle orchestration to align contract events with sourcing and procure to pay processes, enabling contract centric workflows and compliance controls within procurement operations. Operational coverage targeted procurement and supply chain teams and supplier performance management processes, creating a single source of truth for contract and supplier records across the implemented Source to Pay modules. The deployment was evaluated through multiple rounds of demonstrations and in depth market research prior to selection, and the integrated module set was intended to support cross functional use across sourcing, contracting and supplier governance. Polaris expanded the scope from supplier scorecarding to an enterprise procurement platform, and Zycus framed the expected benefit as delivering a single source of truth to better manage the supply chain. Zycus founder Aatish Dedhia articulated that the integrated Source to Pay approach was intended to help Polaris stay ahead of procurement needs, a rationale cited during the 2017 selection and rollout.
