Operational coverage centered on HR operations and frontline labor management across distribution and transport functions, consolidating employee records and workforce status for use by HR and operations managers. The implementation used standard HCM functional patterns to enable real-time visibility into shift coverage and attendance, and to provide employees with mobile self-service for schedule and leave handling. Governance was organized under centralized HR process ownership with cross-functional coordination between HR and operations for rostering and compliance workflows, and rollout sequencing prioritized employee self-service and scheduling modules. The rollout was explicitly positioned to enhance employee empowerment, operational agility, and business outcomes as part of the company’s move to an AI-enabled, end-to-end HCM model.
