In 2016, PLMA International Council implemented Exact Synergy Enterprise as a Document Management solution. The European office of the Private Label Manufacturers Association deployed Exact Synergy including the CRM module and Advisie's Multiconnector to centralize membership and event information and to secure process artifacts across the organization.
Exact Synergy Enterprise serves as the primary information source where processes are secured, requests are created, and actions are logged for later retrieval. The CRM module handles stakeholder records and event registrations, while the Multiconnector automates the coupling of records and reduces manual handling of transactional workflows.
Prior to the Multiconnector, PLMA used MS Excel to exchange registrations between Exact Synergy Enterprise and N200 Visit, requiring annual reconfiguration and manual checks. Advisie's Multi Connector realized a seamless link with Exact Synergy, removing the repeated coupling component reconfiguration work and stabilizing the integration between Exact Synergy and N200 Visit.
Operational coverage centers on administrative and membership workflows within the European office, enabling customers and stakeholders to self-serve within the central environment of Synergy Enterprise. Governance shifted toward recorded actions and centralized requests, which secures process continuity and reduces labor associated with maintaining event registration links.

In 2015 UP learning implemented Exact Synergy as its Document Management platform while standardizing Financial, CRM, HRM and PSA workflows across the organization, working with Advisie as the implementation partner. The engagement coincided with UP learning refocusing on services around e learning and learning management from its head office in Ede, and the project emphasized a project-driven software backbone to support onboarding, talent management, development and certification processes.
The deployment of Exact Synergy and complementary Exact modules delivered a unified environment for Financial, CRM, HRM, contract management and project management including timesheets, together with add ons for invoicing and incoming invoice processing. Exact Synergy was configured to align project accounting with financial administration and CRM records, enabling project driven billing and resource tracking consistent with PSA operations.
Integrations were explicitly implemented between Exact Synergy and Exact Globe, and reporting was extended with Sumatra Software using Automate advice to extract real time operational and financial data. The environment also incorporated Spotler email marketing and contract management extensions, creating an integrated data flow from CRM and project records into reporting and customer engagement tools that UP learning uses to serve large client training programs.
The rollout was executed under time pressure, going live within three months due to organizational change, with Advisie consultants working closely with UP learning stakeholders Anita Jochems and Martin van den Broek to keep the project feasible. Governance emphasized rapid configuration, ongoing support and iterative report refinement, with Sumatra providing daily steering information and reducing month end report assembly to approximately one and a half hours.
