Codec led integration work to enable seamless connectivity between internal and external systems, and the cloud migration created a scalable platform to support fluctuating demand and future D365 product expansion.
Governance followed a milestone based transition model, with the cloud migration and staged D365 expansions positioned as a lighthouse project for other public sector agencies in Northern Ireland. Outcomes explicitly delivered included complete control of IT infrastructure with seamless integration of systems, scalable infrastructure, improved IT security and enhanced GDPR and PCI compliance, and a centralized single view of the customer, with ongoing engagement between Tourism NI and Codec to extend the platform.
