In 2019, The Jolly Savage implemented Odoo eCommerce to centralize multichannel sales and back-office operations. The Jolly Savage Odoo eCommerce eCommerce deployment addressed fragmented processes that previously relied on bespoke order management, inventory, invoicing, website and accounting tools, creating a single system of record for sales, inventory and finance.
Emipro configured core Odoo modules including Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Invoicing, Accounting, Website and eCommerce, and hosted the solution on Odoo Enterprise On-premise for 13 active Odoo users. Configuration work focused on warehouse automation with barcode scanning workflows, batch order processing, and a customized stock valuation methodology capable of valuing more than 66,000 SKUs in seconds, and the Odoo eCommerce application was extended to support dropship visibility and real-time supplier stock display.
The implementation centralized marketplace and B2B channels by integrating Amazon, eBay, Prima and Horizon with a custom B2B portal built on Odoo eCommerce, providing unified order, price and inventory updates across channels. Operational coverage included warehouse operations, sales order processing, purchasing and finance, with automation reducing manual reconciliation points and aligning inventory reporting, stock valuation and loss notes with accounting records.
Emipro Technologies led the one year implementation and rollout across the UK business, instituting new workflows for order fulfillment, inventory control and financial close processes. Outcomes reported by The Jolly Savage include a 33 percent decrease in average order processing time, the ability to manage over 66,000 SKUs, faster bank reconciliation, faster monthly financial close, reduced operational ambiguity and reallocation of headcount from manual order intake to strategic activities.
