In 2018 Marine Home Center implemented Epicor BisTrack as its Manufacturing ERP, engaging LBM Partner Services to lead the deployment and configuration across its distribution finance operations. Epicor BisTrack was positioned to centralize order-to-cash and financial reconciliation workflows for the company within the United States.
The deployment configured core modules including accounts receivable, accounts payable, credit management, order management, collections, and financial reporting and reconciliation capabilities inside Epicor BisTrack. The implementation included dispute resolution tracking, AR aging dashboards, credit hold workflows, and cash forecasting routines to support monthly, quarterly, and annual cash flow analysis.
Operational coverage focused on corporate finance, credit management, and store-level accounting workflows with explicit usage by staff accountants in Nantucket Massachusetts. Epicor BisTrack coexisted with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains for select financial processes, and staff activities recorded in BisTrack included processing and reconciling payment types, monitoring and collecting past due balances on over 5,000 customer accounts, and processing over $70M in annual collections.
Governance around order release, credit application review, and AR performance matrix monitoring was formalized as part of the rollout, with the Controller and Credit Manager leveraging Epicor BisTrack for credit decisioning and collections oversight. Epicor BisTrack served as the primary Manufacturing ERP application supporting Marine Home Center finance and credit operations following the 2018 implementation.

In 2012, Moffatt & Powell | RONA implemented Epicor BisTrack as its Manufacturing ERP to unify retail, yard and head office operations across six locations in the London, Ontario area. The deployment was delivered with support from LBM Partner Services and included a rapid data conversion process that converted an acquired store’s product, customer and pricing records in a week and RONA hardline products, pricing and bin tickets in five days.
Epicor BisTrack was configured to deliver business intelligence and role based dashboards, inventory control, purchasing, sales order management and integrated document scanning. Managers and functional users access tailored BisTrack dashboards for dispatcher, store manager, yard foreman, outside sales, inside sales, counter sales, rental, credit, purchasing, accounts payable, inventory maintenance, data entry and head office tasks, enabling daily, weekly and monthly workflow monitoring.
Integrations were explicitly implemented with EDI connectivity for purchase orders flowing to RONA, and data feeds from the company’s time clock software were combined with BisTrack sales data to create labor management dashboards. The implementation also used BisTrack Related Documents for scanned ticket retrieval and incorporated data conversion assistance from an Epicor data conversion expert during store onboarding, while BisTrack Mobile Stock Count and truck mounted GPS were placed into testing for expanded operations.
Governance and process changes focused on exception reporting, role based information delivery and tighter pricing controls. BisTrack dashboards surface purchase orders that deviate from suggested orders, sales orders with margin percent issues, products sold below margin thresholds and recent manual pricing changes, and discount thresholds were enforced to prevent inappropriate discounting across customer segments.
Outcomes documented by the customer include the ability to absorb an additional 30 person branch without adding head office support, faster store conversions that required minimal customer impact beyond invoice branding, improved labor scheduling and load balancing across branches, cleaner inventory and pricing practices and faster customer response through integrated document retrieval.
